About Me

My photo
Coach G
Ever since my teen years I've been interested in health and fitness. I like to read and research all kinds of related materials. I am also a very religious person. That has a profound influence in my interpretation of the things I hear and read. That doesn't mean that I throw out anything that mentions things contrary to my beliefs. I look first at the perspective of the person presenting the information and then take the truths that can be extracted from their research and/or analysis. Everyone has some truth. Using a God based approach to health and fitness has the great advantage of using the owners manual provided by the creator. I love science! It is a great tool that man has developed to try to understand the world that God has created for us. Man's ever changing view of how things work is what the guessing game of science is all about. Science is much easier to follow and succeed at as you recognize and accept the basics as set down by the creator.
